The Bare Family

We let Zane sleep in this morning since he's been on the go so much. He slept till a little after 11!! Poor Baby! We then headed back to Aunt Kim's to help finish up some stuff and so that Dean could pressure wash the house. Zane had a blast running around playing outside with Kim... Peyton was NOT happy with it being so hot :/ We had originally planned to head to Matt and Julia's because they had their new baby girl on Tues, but after getting a late start, spending SO much time at Aunt Kim and Granny's and then not being able to get a hold of them to see if it was a good time we headed home to let the babies sleep for a little while before headed to WD for some grocery shopping!

After Dean and Zane spent the morning with Aunt Kim helping to clean up, they made it back to our house just in time for some lunch! After picking up Aunt Kim's new washer and dryer we grabbed some food and headed to drop them off before heading home {with a GRUMPY 2 year old} to get ready for pics and dinner! We had planned on meeting our cousin Deanna before dinner to play with Peyton and some pics, but with Zane lacking in sleep we had to post pone that to another date so that we could make it though dinner! When we got home this afternoon we found a package on the porch, Dean and I just looked at each other.. we had NO idea who this could possibly be from much less what it was. Once we got Zane and Peyton both laid down we opened it up to find a fluffy teddy bear and a set of pink bear towels :) It was from Dean's work!!! Thank you VW!! So after letting Zane catch some sleep we got everyone up and ready for dinner with Aunt Vicki and Uncle Paul at Cracker Barrel!! ano...

Today was a planned lazy day at home since we played so much yesterday. Zane was playing with Daddy and his trains when he requested Peyton to come and watch him play. I was pooped so I laid down in his bed with Peyton and ended up going to sleep, in which Dean apparently got my phone, snapped a pic and loaded it to facebook! I woke up to find it later, haha! Later that afternoon we seen were VW had FINALLY called to let us know that the paperwork for our van was FINALLY there and we could come and get it! YAY!! {it's been sitting there almost 3.5 weeks!!} After picking up the van we called Kim to see if she would be home so that we could stop by on the way home and we got a dinner invite instead! So off to Olive Garden we went for dinner with Aunt Kim, Aunt Deanna, Hannah and Grandma! Mmmm!! I did however end up leaving my camera AND phone in the car.. so no pics of Aunt Deanna and Hannah meeting Peyton for the first time :( After dinner we did end up stopping by Kim an...

Today we had Peyton's first dr appt. Just went over how she was sleeping, eating and all that good stuff. If I had any questions.. even how Zane was doing :) She was 7:5 when we left the hospital on Sat and she's now weighing in at 7.6 so she's now on the gaining side of things! After her appt we told Zane that we would take him to the park and let him feed the ducks and play... here are some pics of our Fun Monday!!!

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!! So happy that I got to come home yesterday so I could just wake up in my bed! lol! I still can't believe that both babies got up at 9:30 this morning! Talk about a good mother's day present! We woke up to Peyton cooing and Zane in his room saying "Momma" in his sweet little voice. Dean got up first, changed Peyton then handed her to me so that I could feed her, then went and got Zane up, changed him and they went to town to get some breakfast. I finished up with Peyton and decided that since she was going back to sleep so was I, lol! I woke up to Zane bring me breakfast and a mother's day card and to Dean with a BIG box of chocolates! It was so sweet. It was nice to just have a day at home with all FOUR of us! That still sounds SO weird! Zane played with his Dinosaur Train that Peyton brought home for him, helped feed Peyton and played/talked to her in her swing... So far he LOVES her so much! Just hoping the newest does wear off t...

Our first night home went GREAT!!! We got both babies to bed at 9:30... Peyton woke up at 1:30 and 5:30 to eat.. and then they both woke up at 9:30!! YAY!! I TOTALLY hope this pattern continues!! haha!
