The Bare Family

This morning we made ornaments!!!

So we've decided that every Sunday before we drop Dean off at the base we're going to go bowling. This was our first Sunday.. Notice the score? haha!

We found out that Fort Worth has a Gaylord Texan that does ICE as well!! and since we weren't sure if we'd be able to do the one in FL this year we decided to head out and visit it today!

So obviously this Thanksgiving is a bit different for us. We really do wish that we could be home and spending it with family but we'll be there soon enough! So today we decided to go exploring and we headed up to the Wichita Mountains. It was so pretty, though Dean and I prefer our mountains. And then of course you can't have Thanksgiving without Turkey and all the fixings so we stopped by Cracker Barrel on the way home for a yummy dinner.

I am seriously in disbelief that my son is FOUR! How did that happen!?!?! We had a fun filled day. We took a few pictures, played on the playground, momma made the requested monorail cake, we of course ATE cake and then opened and played with gifts.

After the movie we decided to take the kids to a local park... Lucy Park. We walked to the falls, fed the ducks and played a bit on the playground. SO pretty here!
