The Bare Family

We headed south this morning to have Thanksgiving with my dad's side of the family. We don't get to go down very often and I always love going down. I absolutely love my family and wish that we all got to see more of each other.. I def cherish the time we do get to spend with them. Here are a few pics that my cousin Tonya grabbed... Zane and his cousin Jessica... they're only a few months apart and this with their first time meeting each other :) Me and my cousin Little John... Some of my dad's brothers and sisters...

This afternoon we broke out all the Christmas stuff so that we could start decorating. And then I realized.. I need more Christmas decorations!!! lol!! I see shopping the day after Christmas in my future!! ahaha! Anyways... we put up the tree and brought out all the non breakable ornaments out for Zane to help decorate with. Then mommy finished decorating while someone was sleeping. After his nap it was time for Daddy and Zane to decorate Zane own Christmas tree :)

Today was so pretty and windy out that we decided to break out the kites for some fun. This is the first time Zane has actually wanted to take part and try to fly one... it was SO much fun. {and even Grandpa joined in on the fun!!}

Today we spent Thanksgiving with Dean's side of the family. The kids had a blast on the swing in the back with Uncle Lane shooting them SKY HIGH! I left my good camera at home and only got this quick blurry one off my little camrea :( Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving!

That's right!! 50 FREE cards!! I seen some of my blogger friends talking about this and just had to get in on this! So who is this crazy to give away so many cards!?!?! SHUTTERFLY!! I must admit... I have yet to use them though I have heard many great things about them... from Christmas cards, to Birthday cards to people making calendars and photo books... which I believe will be the next thing I try out! Guess I really need to start working on getting pictures for our cards {yes... I still haven't gotten that far.. I'm really behind this year... but at least Shutterfly is going to make this a little easier! ...anyone know if they can just crop our faces on a really awesome pic!?!?!} Ok... so on to the details... What do you have to do to get these free cards!?!? It's actually quite easy... Just post a 150+ word blog post about them and how you plan on using them for 2010!! Could it be any simpler?? We had Zane's 2 year appt today... he's now 33 lbs and 38 inches tall!!! {95%} He did GREAT... and didn't even cry with his ONE shot! After Zane's appt it was off to check on Miss Peyton :) She was kicked and moving while we were trying to listen to her heart beat... though I still can't feel her move {which is so weird for me because I felt Zane at 12 wks!} The dr gave me some stronger meds for this nausea {thank goodness!!} and some meds for these wonderful migraines that showed up about 2-3 weeks ago.. hoping they work better than everything else so far so I can start to feel like a person again. After both appts we headed off to the Loop for some lunch with Aunt Kim and then a little shopping for Miss Peyton!

Today we celebrated Zane's 2nd bday with family and friends. The kids seemed to have a great time between the bounce house and the swing set, lol! And I had fun getting to talk to all the adults! haha! And I'm sure Zane is beyond grateful for all the new toys he received... now to find somewhere to put them all!! {Thank you to cousin Deanna for the pics!!!}

GIRL!!!!!!! Introducing... Miss Peyton Madison :D I just couldn't wait till Christmas!! lol!! So we went to Sneak Peek Studios tonight to find out!! :D We're ecstatic!!!

Zane's bday gift from Aunt Kim :))))

Ok... time to try and catch up before the madness of the next couple of weeks and then it'll be impossible :) Baby and I are doing pretty good... well baby is doing GREAT.. mommy on the other hand certainly could be better! The last 2 months have been full of nausea, vomiting, dizziness, complications followed by lots of bed rest... and the list goes on! I have another appt next week and we'll found out what we're having the week of Christmas! :D {TEAM PINK!!!!!} Let's see... there really haven't been too many events in the last two months but I'll recap the big ones, with a few pics of course! Sept 18-19 we went down to Disney for Mickey's Halloween Party and for Kim's bday. On the second day we had lunch with Pooh and all the crew :) Zane LOVED it!!!! ...Meanwhile...
