The Bare Family

Happy Fathers Day to my daddy and Dean!!! I didn't get to see my daddy today since he is working nights.... he was sleeping when we left and was gone once we got home.. but he did know we were thinking of him and he was loved :) He had a little treat waiting on him when he got home this morning {and of course got a phone call this afternoon}... This is what was in the box from Zane and Peyton... Our morning started at 8:30 when both kids got up. After breakfast we all got ready and headed out to meet with Dean's mom and sister to go see Mrs Sue's brother and wife {Uncle Butch and Aunt Carol} who are moving to Oregon. Once we were done spending some time chatting and saying goodbye we headed to the Loop for lunch!! We then headed outside to take some pics and of course we found some ducks who were in need of some french fries, lol!! Then we were off the Grandma's so that she could come and see Zane sing and dance at his VBS performance. We had a little time to burn ...

Dean promised to take little man to the park today.. so after everyone naps that where we headed! The gnats were HORRIBLE so Peyton and I watched from the van and Dean and Zane played for just a little bit.

WOOO HOOO!!! I can't tell you the last time Dean and I got to go to dinner and movie with NO kid.. much less kids! haha! Thank you to Granny and Aunt Kim for watching Peyton and Zane! And a HUGE Thank you to Aunt Kim for FREE movie tickets and letting us use her refill buckets for the movies {$6 for popcorn and a drink!! heck yes!!!} Time flew WAY too quickly though! We ate dinner at Mellow Mushrooms {had the BEST pizza EVER, though Dean just said it was good} and then headed to go see Pirates!!

These should have TOTALLY been done last week.. but better late than never! I had planned on doing more with Peyton but she was NOT having it. I got her to sit in this one pose and decided after countless attempts that this was all I was getting and that I was NOT moving her! haha! Then Zane decided he wanted pics too.. so I changed his clothes and took some of just him and then of course him and Peyton. LOVE that he wanted to take pics!

Monday.... Hanging out at Granny's... Tuesday... How nap time went in the Bare house today, lol! Wednesday... After taking Peyton to the dr {she's weighing 9lbs, 2.5ozs} and dropping Zane with daddy after work... Peyton and I were taking a dinner break :) Thursday... Zane wanted to hold Peyton {he was putting off bed time} ... and once daddy got his jammies on he decided he wanted to wear his hat... He's SO ready for Disney World!! {only a couple more weeks buddy!} Friday... More time at Granny's...

Good grief!! I can't believe it's already been ONE month! A few Peyton facts: *We've found out she has colic. :( {Makes it some what easier when she's screaming, at least we now know there is a reason!} *She HATES her car seat! *Still in newborn diapers and clothes {I can't wait till she is in her 0-3 months clothes!!!} *She LOVES her swing! *The only way she will fall asleep in her crib is on her side. *She usually sleeps in 4-5 hour spurts at night.
