River Time!

Dean and I have both been dying to get to the river!! FINALLY today we got to go! YAY! Brian, Cole and Curt went with us.. always a fun time with friends! Cole tried kneeboarding for the first time, he was a bit scared.. but did GREAT! Zane was Mr Impatient waiting for his ride with daddy. And Peyton spent most of the time just sleeping.. must be nice! Zane tried the kneeboard on the shore and did great.. thinking if they keep working with him.. MAYBE.. just MAYBE he'll be behind the boat by the end of summer.. we'll see!

Horrible News

Well I had planned on updating everything from last Sat through today tonight and well, I will be putting that off for a little while... I got some horribly bad news when Dean and I got home tonight. My Grandpa passed away this afternoon... I'm beyond a loss for words. I have spent so much of my life with him.. I love him so very much and loved seeing him with Zane... I couldn't wait for him to get to watch him grow. I will miss him so very very much. He always had the best stories and was very good at making things with his hands. He has made me so many things over the years that it's not even funny. I'm so very glad that he did get a chance to make Zane a stool and rocker. On Sunday Zane was 5 months and so we took him out for his 5 months pics. I wanted to base his pictures this month around the rocker that Grandpa had made him for Christmas... I just couldn't wait to send him these pictures! I wanted to be there to see the smile that I knew it would bring
