Catch up

WOW!! It's certainly been a crazy month... and doesn't show any signs of slowing down... which is good, don't get me wrong, but wow! lol!

We've been keeping pretty busy... Disney, me with sessions and meetings, FINALLY getting Zane's hair cut (lol) and countless other things have been going on. Seems like we're (well I'm) finally getting a better grip on some things. Trying to stay patient with some things knowing they will come when the time is right and no earlier no matter how bad I (WE) would like them to (aka a BIGGER house!!). On a SUPER good note.. WE HAVE OUR BOAT BACK!!! I can't begin to tell you how much of a stress reliever that's going to be! Lake trips here we come!!

Speaking of Lakes... we had our 1st contest at Victory lake today!! (it's our 3rd contest this year, but def my FAVORITE spot!) This was also the first one this year we brought Zane to. Wish I had gotten a few of him swimming :( He was such a little fish!! We got there about 9:45.. but I didn't let him get into the water till about 11:30... and he swam (with his swimmies), minus lunch and a snack, till we left at 5:30!! Needless to say he was one tired kiddo by the time we got home!!

Well I had planned on updating everything from last Sat through today tonight and well, I will be putting that off for a little while... I got some horribly bad news when Dean and I got home tonight. My Grandpa passed away this afternoon... I'm beyond a loss for words. I have spent so much of my life with him.. I love him so very much and loved seeing him with Zane... I couldn't wait for him to get to watch him grow. I will miss him so very very much. He always had the best stories and was very good at making things with his hands. He has made me so many things over the years that it's not even funny. I'm so very glad that he did get a chance to make Zane a stool and rocker. On Sunday Zane was 5 months and so we took him out for his 5 months pics. I wanted to base his pictures this month around the rocker that Grandpa had made him for Christmas... I just couldn't wait to send him these pictures! I wanted to be there to see the smile that I knew it would bring

I need your opinion for father's day photo!!!

Ok... So I'm going to enter Dean into a father's day contest and need everyone's opinion on a picture to submit. So please vote for 1 picture and then I'll see which has the most and that will be the one that I submit.... I have to have it submitted by the 31st.. but would like to do it before then...
