1 year check up

Peyton had her one year check up today and she's truckin' right a lot. She's 30.5 inches and weighed 21 lbs and 5 oz. She's a fast little crawler. She stands up by herself but doesn't quite have the confidence to take her first steps just yet. She loves to walk with you helping her though. You can't eat in front of her now without sharing. She currently has 3 teeth in and 3 more trying to come through. She's finally wearing her 12 month clothes and I hope she wears them for a while because she has a TON of them! ha!! She LOVES her brother to eternity and back, she's so over the moon for him it's crazy.

Horrible News

Well I had planned on updating everything from last Sat through today tonight and well, I will be putting that off for a little while... I got some horribly bad news when Dean and I got home tonight. My Grandpa passed away this afternoon... I'm beyond a loss for words. I have spent so much of my life with him.. I love him so very much and loved seeing him with Zane... I couldn't wait for him to get to watch him grow. I will miss him so very very much. He always had the best stories and was very good at making things with his hands. He has made me so many things over the years that it's not even funny. I'm so very glad that he did get a chance to make Zane a stool and rocker. On Sunday Zane was 5 months and so we took him out for his 5 months pics. I wanted to base his pictures this month around the rocker that Grandpa had made him for Christmas... I just couldn't wait to send him these pictures! I wanted to be there to see the smile that I knew it would bring
