Chicken Crust Pizza
Made something new today for lunch.. Chicken Crusted Pizza!!! Have to say it was pretty yummy. We'll prob change up a little next time but we def weren't disappointed!
Here's the recipe for the Chicken Crust.... best part.. it's only 3 ingredients!!!
Ingredients...
10oz Canned Chicken
1oz Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Large Egg
1. Drain the canned chicken, getting as much juice out as possible.
2. Spread the chicken out on a baking sheet (I did place ours on parchment paper). Bake 350 for 10 minutes to dry out the chicken.
3. Once chicken is done place it in a mixing bowl. Increase your oven to 500.
4. Add your cheese and egg to the chicken and mix.
5. Place your mixture back on your pan. (I again placed it back onto the parchment paper) Then placed a piece of parchment paper on top of the mixture and used a rolling pin to roll it out.
6. Bake your crust for 10 minutes at 500
7. Once it's done remove your crust and add all your yummy toppings. Then bake for an addition 8 minutes or so. You'll be able to adjust your cook time to the look of your toppings.
8. Remove and cool for a few minutes. Enjoy!!
Here's our finished pizzas! I think the only thing we'll do a bit different is to make a thick crust. instead of leaving it thinned out. But even then we both liked the crispiness of it.
