So since Dean had the day off and it was hot today we decided to take Zane out for his first boat ride! And of course Daddy had to get in his first ride of the year! So here are some pictures from today... And here are some of Dean wakeboarding.....

Ok... so with the new year comes new year resolutions. I have to say the past couple of years I haven't really made any just hoped that the next year would be better than the last. I thought this year I'd try it again... except I'm calling them my goals for this year.... Here goes... Become A Better Christian.... I've really been slacking a lot in this area. When I became pregnant with Zane my life hit a turning point and all I wanted was to become a better Christian for my baby, I want to set the best example that I possibly can. I've gotten better but still could use a lot of improvement. I've had a potty mouth since high school and it's most certainly something that I'm not proud of. I've been working steadily on dropping it... but it really is something so hard to brake. I want to read the Bible more.... and not just read it but apply it. Being Positive... I need to learn to be more positive with everything. I want to always see the bright...

Well last night at the stroke of midnight I got my kiss from Dean and then our sleeping little man got his first new years kiss from mommy and daddy. HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! ........ First thing this morning we got up and started to get ready to go see Mr Gavin. I was so excited that I could hardly contain myself! I was just so happy for Candy and Matt. I can't believe it's been 6 weeks since she was visiting me in the hospital! So here are some pics of Mr Gavin Walker..... Me and Gavin Me, Zane, Gavin and Candy Gavin and Zane.... I can't believe that Zane was that tiny just 6 weeks ago!!! The Bare Family and The Young Family Next we headed to Ponte Vendra to hang out with some friends and family. It was a blast... good food and good friends... I actually didn't really break out the camera but a couple of times... and never got any group shots what so ever.... I'm seriously slacking!! Gavin Walker Young made his arrival today at 4:56pm, weighing 8 pounds and was 20.5 inches long. Candy went in this morning at 7am to be induced seeing that Mr Gavin was so comfy he didn't want to come out. She labored all day without pain meds.. I'm so proud of you girl! She actually had dilated completely but he hadn't dropped far enough yet and then they were having problems with his blood pressure being in the 90's too long so Candy ended up having to have a c-section. Mom and baby are doing GREAT. Can't wait to go and meet Gavin tom!!! Will update tom once we're home with pictures :) CONGRATS Candy and Matt!!! And Happy New Year!!!
