Santa Baby...

lol.. not exactly. I some how missed this post so here it is...

We visited Santa on Zane's b-day (prob how I missed this) anyways... I was warned about this... Zane is such a little people person.. He for some reason Loves people he knows and strangers (which totally freaks mommy out!!)... I figured Santa would be a breeze! WRONG!! So we got up to Santa.. talked to him for a min before I decided to go ahead and set Zane in his lap... He then looked at Santa.. looked at mommy... looked at Santa... then the camera (for the one descent shot we got) and then looked at mommy and started to SCREAM!! It was down right pitiful! lol.. after laughing and telling him it was ok I decided to pick him up before he really started.

Horrible News

Well I had planned on updating everything from last Sat through today tonight and well, I will be putting that off for a little while... I got some horribly bad news when Dean and I got home tonight. My Grandpa passed away this afternoon... I'm beyond a loss for words. I have spent so much of my life with him.. I love him so very much and loved seeing him with Zane... I couldn't wait for him to get to watch him grow. I will miss him so very very much. He always had the best stories and was very good at making things with his hands. He has made me so many things over the years that it's not even funny. I'm so very glad that he did get a chance to make Zane a stool and rocker. On Sunday Zane was 5 months and so we took him out for his 5 months pics. I wanted to base his pictures this month around the rocker that Grandpa had made him for Christmas... I just couldn't wait to send him these pictures! I wanted to be there to see the smile that I knew it would bring
