Family Easter

We all got together today at the last min for our family Easter dinner and egg hunt.  I say last min because plans had actually not been made for Sunday when we always get together since everyone had made other plans.. well.. except us, haha!  After discovering this Deanna starting talking with her mom and some how we ended up getting everyone together for today!  I can never get enough of having family together. I know what I love most about my childhood was getting together for big dinners with all my dad's side of the family.  I want that for my kids too.  So after eating and hunting eggs the kids {and bigger kids} went fishing... and we're actually catching fish!!!

Well I had planned on updating everything from last Sat through today tonight and well, I will be putting that off for a little while... I got some horribly bad news when Dean and I got home tonight. My Grandpa passed away this afternoon... I'm beyond a loss for words. I have spent so much of my life with him.. I love him so very much and loved seeing him with Zane... I couldn't wait for him to get to watch him grow. I will miss him so very very much. He always had the best stories and was very good at making things with his hands. He has made me so many things over the years that it's not even funny. I'm so very glad that he did get a chance to make Zane a stool and rocker. On Sunday Zane was 5 months and so we took him out for his 5 months pics. I wanted to base his pictures this month around the rocker that Grandpa had made him for Christmas... I need your opinion for father's day photo!!!

Ok... So I'm going to enter Dean into a father's day contest and need everyone's opinion on a picture to submit. So please vote for 1 picture and then I'll see which has the most and that will be the one that I submit.... I have to have it submitted by the 31st.. but would like to do it before then...
