Happy Easter!

Well, our Easter didn't start out as planned. We managed to completely sleep through our alarms and wake up about the time church was starting.  So instead of sitting on that fact we starting boiling eggs and getting things ready for our Easter dinner.  Plans were to get things started, head out in the boat for a while since it was so pretty out, come home hunt eggs and eat.  How it went... momma stayed home and cooked, Peyton napped, Dean, Curt, Mary and the other kids all went out in the boat till it got a bit cold, Aunt Kim came out, then we hunted eggs and got fat on food. HA!  It was no matter what a great day because we all got to spend time together... I wouldn't change that for anything.

Horrible News

Well I had planned on updating everything from last Sat through today tonight and well, I will be putting that off for a little while... I got some horribly bad news when Dean and I got home tonight. My Grandpa passed away this afternoon... I'm beyond a loss for words. I have spent so much of my life with him.. I love him so very much and loved seeing him with Zane... I couldn't wait for him to get to watch him grow. I will miss him so very very much. He always had the best stories and was very good at making things with his hands. He has made me so many things over the years that it's not even funny. I'm so very glad that he did get a chance to make Zane a stool and rocker. On Sunday Zane was 5 months and so we took him out for his 5 months pics. I wanted to base his pictures this month around the rocker that Grandpa had made him for Christmas... I just couldn't wait to send him these pictures! I wanted to be there to see the smile that I knew it would bring
