A weekend in review....

well not too much to the weekend.. I've been in bed the whole time :( I started getting sick Friday and well... still sick! It totally stinks. But.. hey.. at least Dean took Zane the whole weekend :) and took care of me too. Missed out on quite a few things that I was looking forward too... but want can you do? Dean and Zane headed out in the boat this afternoon, which I think was nice for everyone... peace and quiet for me and fun in the sun for them... Hope everyone had a great weekend... and I'm looking forward to what hopefully will be a great week!

Well I had planned on updating everything from last Sat through today tonight and well, I will be putting that off for a little while... I got some horribly bad news when Dean and I got home tonight. My Grandpa passed away this afternoon... I'm beyond a loss for words. I have spent so much of my life with him.. I love him so very much and loved seeing him with Zane... I couldn't wait for him to get to watch him grow. I will miss him so very very much. He always had the best stories and was very good at making things with his hands. He has made me so many things over the years that it's not even funny. I'm so very glad that he did get a chance to make Zane a stool and rocker. On Sunday Zane was 5 months and so we took him out for his 5 months pics. I wanted to base his pictures this month around the rocker that Grandpa had made him for Christmas... I need your opinion for father's day photo!!!

Ok... So I'm going to enter Dean into a father's day contest and need everyone's opinion on a picture to submit. So please vote for 1 picture and then I'll see which has the most and that will be the one that I submit.... I have to have it submitted by the 31st.. but would like to do it before then...
