Weekend Wrap Up

I'm really starting to love these low key weekends!! We had plans to go back to Disney with Dean and after re-arranging some things that ended up falling through... so a weekend at home it was. Saturday was spend pretty much sleeping and family time. Sunday consisted of more sleeping and then we decided to ride out to Little Talbot with our bikes. I seen some pics on our cousins' page and it just looked SO pretty! But let me tell you... we did the supposed 4 mile ride {yeah right!} and 2 of those being on an "off road" trail... let's just say we got our butts handed to us! So long story short the bike ride that should have taken oh maybe 30 min turned into a 3 hour ordeal! {well with a little swim break in between} But we did see a TON of star fish!!!!!









Then off to the movies I went with Kim!! YAY!!! We ended up seeing not one but two movies :) "Eat, Pray, Love" and "The Switch" Both pretty good movies :)

Well I had planned on updating everything from last Sat through today tonight and well, I will be putting that off for a little while... I got some horribly bad news when Dean and I got home tonight. My Grandpa passed away this afternoon... I'm beyond a loss for words. I have spent so much of my life with him.. I love him so very much and loved seeing him with Zane... I couldn't wait for him to get to watch him grow. I will miss him so very very much. He always had the best stories and was very good at making things with his hands. He has made me so many things over the years that it's not even funny. I'm so very glad that he did get a chance to make Zane a stool and rocker. On Sunday Zane was 5 months and so we took him out for his 5 months pics. I wanted to base his pictures this month around the rocker that Grandpa had made him for Christmas... I need your opinion for father's day photo!!!

Ok... So I'm going to enter Dean into a father's day contest and need everyone's opinion on a picture to submit. So please vote for 1 picture and then I'll see which has the most and that will be the one that I submit.... I have to have it submitted by the 31st.. but would like to do it before then...
