Happy Valentine's Day

Dean and I had a special day planned in St Augustine today, but since it's raining we will have to post pone that adventure. So instead... I started the day by making breakfast while Dean fed Zane. We decided to watch the movie Fireproof this morning too... if you haven't watched it you really should. Then we visited a little more with my Grandpa since he'll be leaving in the morning. After that we decided it was time to get ready to drop Zane off with his Aunt Kim and ended up taking a nap that wasn't in the schedule, lol! So Zane got to Aunt Kim about 2 hours late. Then we debated the whole time whether to see a movie or eat dinner... needless to say the food won! We headed off to Olive Garden. After finishing dinner we headed back to get little man and headed home. I think we're all still a little tired from the past week.

Horrible News

Well I had planned on updating everything from last Sat through today tonight and well, I will be putting that off for a little while... I got some horribly bad news when Dean and I got home tonight. My Grandpa passed away this afternoon... I'm beyond a loss for words. I have spent so much of my life with him.. I love him so very much and loved seeing him with Zane... I couldn't wait for him to get to watch him grow. I will miss him so very very much. He always had the best stories and was very good at making things with his hands. He has made me so many things over the years that it's not even funny. I'm so very glad that he did get a chance to make Zane a stool and rocker. On Sunday Zane was 5 months and so we took him out for his 5 months pics. I wanted to base his pictures this month around the rocker that Grandpa had made him for Christmas... I just couldn't wait to send him these pictures! I wanted to be there to see the smile that I knew it would bring
