First Trip to the Zoo

So Dean had off today and tom so we decided that we wanted to do something outside with Zane since the weather is suppose to be so nice. We decided to go to the zoo today. And how about photographer mommy forgot to charge her battery to the camera!! I was so mad this morning! Anyways... I got a few pics in before it decided to die on me.... I put the animals in a slide to make it easier... We had an absolute blast today!! Zane was awake the whole time minus maybe about 45 minutes and was checking everything out!! Needless to say that he is completely out for the count right now! So here are the pics from today... hope you guys enjoy... we have another adventure tom so stay tuned....

Horrible News

Well I had planned on updating everything from last Sat through today tonight and well, I will be putting that off for a little while... I got some horribly bad news when Dean and I got home tonight. My Grandpa passed away this afternoon... I'm beyond a loss for words. I have spent so much of my life with him.. I love him so very much and loved seeing him with Zane... I couldn't wait for him to get to watch him grow. I will miss him so very very much. He always had the best stories and was very good at making things with his hands. He has made me so many things over the years that it's not even funny. I'm so very glad that he did get a chance to make Zane a stool and rocker. On Sunday Zane was 5 months and so we took him out for his 5 months pics. I wanted to base his pictures this month around the rocker that Grandpa had made him for Christmas... I just couldn't wait to send him these pictures! I wanted to be there to see the smile that I knew it would bring
