St Augustine Lights

So tonight we (Dean, myseld, Zane, Kim and Mrs Sue) decided to go to St Augustine to look at the lights. They had a big thing down there on Saturday night which is when I originally wanted to go, but it just didn't work out for us. So after Dean got off he met me at his mom's and off we went. We parked in the parking garage once we got there and there was such a long line for the trolle that we decided that we would just walk around. I must say that I was disappointed with the lights... I just thought that there would be more I guess. I'm sure had we done the trolle ride it probably would have been 100% better. So after looking at everything we headed back to the car.... only after stopping to eat some pizza :) I'm sure we'll try it again next year... but we'll be going the night that everything is going on.

Horrible News

Well I had planned on updating everything from last Sat through today tonight and well, I will be putting that off for a little while... I got some horribly bad news when Dean and I got home tonight. My Grandpa passed away this afternoon... I'm beyond a loss for words. I have spent so much of my life with him.. I love him so very much and loved seeing him with Zane... I couldn't wait for him to get to watch him grow. I will miss him so very very much. He always had the best stories and was very good at making things with his hands. He has made me so many things over the years that it's not even funny. I'm so very glad that he did get a chance to make Zane a stool and rocker. On Sunday Zane was 5 months and so we took him out for his 5 months pics. I wanted to base his pictures this month around the rocker that Grandpa had made him for Christmas... I just couldn't wait to send him these pictures! I wanted to be there to see the smile that I knew it would bring
