Coloring Eggs

We were sooo late doing this today! But after the morning at the beach Zane and I crashed for 3 hours when we got home. Then we headed off to Dean's cousin's for some eggs... we were given 3 dozen to be exact!! lol!! Thank you Billy, Joanie and Cody! Zane had fun playing basketball with a football while we were there visiting for a few.. then we headed to wd to grab a few things since I haven't felt like going. We got home about 8pm and started boiling eggs.. mind you this is normally Zane's bed time! After getting them boiled and cooled I got all the colors ready and we started dyeing eggs :) Zane insisted on THROWING them in the cups of color.. but it really was a lot of fun and didn't make quit the mess I thought it would. After they dried a bit we added some stickers and then it was off to bed for Zane. Then mommy finished up with the dyeing and decorating :)

Well I had planned on updating everything from last Sat through today tonight and well, I will be putting that off for a little while... I got some horribly bad news when Dean and I got home tonight. My Grandpa passed away this afternoon... I'm beyond a loss for words. I have spent so much of my life with him.. I love him so very much and loved seeing him with Zane... I couldn't wait for him to get to watch him grow. I will miss him so very very much. He always had the best stories and was very good at making things with his hands. He has made me so many things over the years that it's not even funny. I'm so very glad that he did get a chance to make Zane a stool and rocker. On Sunday Zane was 5 months and so we took him out for his 5 months pics. I wanted to base his pictures this month around the rocker that Grandpa had made him for Christmas... I just couldn't wait to send him these pictures! I wanted to be there to see the smile that I knew it would bring

I need your opinion for father's day photo!!!

Ok... So I'm going to enter Dean into a father's day contest and need everyone's opinion on a picture to submit. So please vote for 1 picture and then I'll see which has the most and that will be the one that I submit.... I have to have it submitted by the 31st.. but would like to do it before then...
