Disney on Ice

first... HAPPY BIRTHDAY 2nd LUCAS!!!! Today we headed off with Chrissy and Lucas for Disney on Ice... also there were of course all the cousins! :) I feel so lucky that Zane gets to do so much with them and spend the time he does with them! He actually wanted to wear his mickey ears today!! {we've had them since his first trip to Disney and he's wore them all of maybe 2 times.. so I was BEYOND thrilled for him to wear them!!} Zane was AWESOME today if I do say so myself! ;) I was a bit hesitant taking him without Dean to help with only a month to go before Peyton.. but I could not have asked for a more well behaved child than what I had today... he sat in his seat and was behaved the entire TWO hours!! He didn't even ask for a toy or get upset when I told him no when the guy selling the toys came around {though because I was SO impressed that he did this twice he got a toy before it even started, lol!} Zane has been asking a lot lately about going to see Mickey so this was PERFECT! Now to just fill the whole till Sept, hmmm....

Well I had planned on updating everything from last Sat through today tonight and well, I will be putting that off for a little while... I got some horribly bad news when Dean and I got home tonight. My Grandpa passed away this afternoon... I'm beyond a loss for words. I have spent so much of my life with him.. I love him so very much and loved seeing him with Zane... I couldn't wait for him to get to watch him grow. I will miss him so very very much. He always had the best stories and was very good at making things with his hands. He has made me so many things over the years that it's not even funny. I'm so very glad that he did get a chance to make Zane a stool and rocker. On Sunday Zane was 5 months and so we took him out for his 5 months pics. I wanted to base his pictures this month around the rocker that Grandpa had made him for Christmas... I just couldn't wait to send him these pictures! I wanted to be there to see the smile that I knew it would bring

I need your opinion for father's day photo!!!

Ok... So I'm going to enter Dean into a father's day contest and need everyone's opinion on a picture to submit. So please vote for 1 picture and then I'll see which has the most and that will be the one that I submit.... I have to have it submitted by the 31st.. but would like to do it before then...
